Different Kinds of Breads

While whole wheat holds the ham,
A French Dip bun drips au jus sauce
Sour dough has turkey and cran.
A Gyro gyrates in a pita pocket;
The Parisians like the baguette.
A warm Kalamata Olive loaf
Will never let you forget.
A Ciabatta rustic Italian bread
Belies a rich and exquisite flavor,
A succulent Rosemary baked boule
Begs to be shared with neighbors.
The scent of Cinnamon Raisin toast
Floats above the breakfast plate,
And banana bread bakes in the oven
As scents and flavors mate.
French bread’s torn in small pieces
For the Body of Christ in church,
Or a paper thin wafer gently rests
On the tongue where sins are purged.
But the FOX Club sandwich piles lies
Between their opinions with the news,
This is the kind of toxic inbred;
Food poisoning pays its dues!
