As the date to bring fear without check.
Remember, remember how the truth is dismembered
By the likes of one named Glenn Beck.

Remember Van Jones and how he rattled Beck’s bones
With the Color of Change and boycott.
Glenn opened his mouth
And his sponsors went south,
He played victim with paranoia he sought.

Remember Glenn’s meds infect the Dem’s heads
As defense becomes a spineless approach.
And the reactionaries
Lay down like canaries
When the mine shaft of truth is broached.

So remember, remember the 12th of September
For Rush, Laura, Sean, Bill, and Glenn.
The day fear and loathing
Become the clothing
As fascism seeks fearful ends!
